Admission and Enrollment Procedure

Application & Submission of Requirements

Submit the required documents in a sealed long brown envelope.

An Email will be sent after all the documents have been evaluated.

Reservation

A student is officially enrolled only upon submission of all required documents and completion of payment

a.) Accomplish ONLINE Application Form by clicking the “APPLY NOW “
b.) A processing fee of P500.00 must be paid through GCash/or any affiliated bank.
c.) Submit the required documents in a sealed long brown envelope marked with APPLICANT’S NAME and YEAR LEVEL applying for the Admissions Office.

IV. Official receipt and copy of the signed contract with the student’s Online Learning Access may be personally claimed at the Finance Office or may be sent via courier.

Academic Programs

Immaculate Conception Cathedral School, Inc. is offering the the Basic Education Curriculum (BED) through the K to 12 Program, which includes:

  • Early Childhood Education (ECE)
  • Grade School (Grades 1 to 6)
  • Junior High School (Grades 7 to 10)
  • Senior High School (Grades 11 to 12)

The Programs aim to produce holistically developed learners equipped with 21st century skills, prepared for higher education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Early Childhood Education (ECE)

The ECE program focuses on the comprehensive development of the child’s physical, social, moral, spiritual, emotional, and cognitive skills, preparing the learners to adapt and thrive in various life situations.

Age Requirements

  • Nursery – 3 years old
  • Pre – Kinder – 4 years old
  • Kindergarten – 5 years old

Grade School and Junior High School

Dynamic Learning Program (DLP) is implemented for Grade 4 to Grade 10 levels while the ECE and Primary Levels follow a teaching-learning methodology.

The Grade School covers the primary levels (Grade 1 to Grade 3), intermediate levels (Grade 4 to Grade 6) and for Junior High School Levels (Grade 7 to Grade 10). ICCS follows the Dynamic Learning Program (DLP) which aims to improve the general scholastic performance

Senior High School

The Senior High School (SHS) curriculum aims to produce graduates who are holistically developed and equipped with 21st century learning. ICCS with a 2-year program under the Academic Track, which includes:

  • Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
  • Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM)
  • Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS)

Project-Based Learning (PBL)

is the methodology used, allowing students to engage in real-world scenarios and challenges. PBL promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and self-management.

Special Education Program (SPED)

ICCS provides specialized education for learners with special needs, including autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and intellectual and learning disabilities. The program ensures a holistic approach tailored to individual learning styles and challenges.

Alternative Learning System (ALS) Program

A parallel learning option designed for out-of-school youth and adults. It provides flexible and practical alternatives to formal education, encompassing both non-formal and informal sources of knowledge and skills.

DEAR Bible

Drop Everything And Read the Bible is implemented for all learners to strengthen their Catholic faith. Reading the Sacred Scripture silently is a meaningful way to learn and imitate Jesus. Every Wednesday of the month, all learners, guided by their teachers, will pause their activities and read the Bible.

Wellness Wednesday Program

Promote holistic health by addressing spiritual, metal, emotional, and physical well-being. It helps students strengthen their faith, manage challenges, and maintain a balanced lifestyle that supports their overall growth and academic success.

Clubs and Activities

Offers diverse opportunities for personal growth, skill development, and community engagement. Activities include:

  • Co-Curricular Clubs (Math, Science, Public Speaking, Chief Society)
  • Extra-Curricular Clubs (Peer Facilitator, Health Aid)
  • Service Oriented Organizations (Marian Gazette, SCB, GSP, BSP)

  • Recommendation Letter (forms are provided by ICCS)
  • One (1) recent passport-size ID picture
  • ESC Certificate (for transferee of Grade 8 -11 from PEAC accredited schools)

Additional Requirements for Special Education:

  • Diagnosis from Neurodevelopmental Pediatrician, Neurologist or Educational Psychologist
  • Reports from Occupational, Physical Therapist, Speech Pathologist, and Applied Behavioral Analysis Practitioner

Additional Requirement for Non-Catholic Enrollees:

  • Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) adherence to the school’s religious policy

Terms of Payment

1. Annual/Cash Basis

 

  • full payment of all dues upon enrollment
2. Semestral Basis

 

1st Payment – upon enrollment

2nd Payment – on or before October 31

3. Trimestral Basis

 

  • Initial Payment – upon enrollment
  • 1st Payment – on or before August 31
  • 2nd Payment – on or before November 29
  • 3rd Payment – on or before January 31
4. Quarterly Basis

 

  • Initial Payment – upon enrollment
  •  1st Quarterly Payment – on or before August 31
  • 2nd Quarterly Payment – on or before October 31
  • 3rd Quarterly Payment – on or before December 15
  • 4th Quarterly Payment – on or before February 15
5. Monthly Basis

 

  • Payable in nine (9) consecutive installments every Fifteenth (15) day of the month.

Scholarship Program

  • Senior High School Full Scholarship – Free tuition, miscellaneous, and other fees for incoming Grade 11 learners from Public Schools.
  • Fr. Kutcher’s Scholarship
  • Kaloob Karunungan (KAKA) Scholarship – 
  • Alternative Learning System (ALS) Scholarship

Tuition Fee Discounts

  • Family Discount – Granted to parents sending more than two children to ICCS.
  • ESC Discount – Offered to all incoming Grade 7 students, less by Thirteen Thousand Pesos (Php. 13,000) in the tuition fee. This grant will continue up to Grade 10.
  • Senior High School Voucher – Provided to learners who completed Grade 10 in a private school with an ESC subsidy, less by Eighteen Thousand Pesos (Php. 18,000) in the tuition fee.
  • Early Enrollment Discount – A five percent (5%) discount is given to “OLD STUDENTS” every year. Terms and conditions will be applied.
  • Full Cash Payment Discount – A five percent (5%) discount is granted to all students who pay their school fees in full.
