b.) A processing fee of P500.00 must be paid through GCash/or any affiliated bank.
c.) Submit the required documents in a sealed long brown envelope marked with APPLICANT’S NAME and YEAR LEVEL applying for the Admissions Office.

III. For confirmation and validation

3.) Scanned copy of validated deposit slip or screenshot of Gcash payment

IV. Official receipt and copy of the signed contract with the student’s Online Learning Access may be personally claimed at the Finance Office or may be sent via courier.
(Note: Parents will shoulder the payment for the courier).
